Terms and Conditions

In-store Lay-bys 

  • A minimum deposit of 20% of the total lay-by amount is required. 
  • Customers cannot take any items until the lay-by is paid in full. 
  • Lay-bys cannot be placed on sale items. 
  • Goods must be fully paid for and picked up before December 20th of the year the lay-by is initiated. 
  • A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required before picking up the lay-by. Larger items may be stored in our warehouse and may not be accessible without prior notice. 
  • Regular payments must be made at least once a month as part of the lay-by payment plan. 
  • Payments can be made in-store, over the phone, or by direct deposit. 
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in the cancellation of the lay-by. 
  • Cancelled lay-bys will incur a service fee of $25. Any remaining balance will be refunded. 
  • Customers may be refused future lay-bys if a previous lay-by has been cancelled.

Online Lay-bys (COMING SOON)

  • Lay-bys are for 3 months ONLY.
  • Lay-by with 25% deposit, followed by 3 further payments of 25% at monthly intervals.
  • A minimum of 1 day’s notice is required before picking up Click & Collect lay-bys. Larger items may be stored in our warehouse and may not be accessible without prior notice.
  • Orders will not be posted until the lay-by is paid in full. 
  • Regular payments must be made at least once a month as part of the lay-by payment plan.
  • Failure to meet these requirements will result in the cancellation of the lay-by.
  • Cancelled lay-bys will incur a service fee of $25. Any remaining balance will be refunded.

Pre-Order

  • Pre-order is for items not currently available to purchase.
  • A 30% deposit is required on the placement of the order.
  • The remaining balance will be due when the item becomes available.
  • You will receive an email when the final payment is required.
  • You have 14 days from the date of the email to make the final payment.
  • Failure to pay within 14 days will result in your order being cancelled.
  • If your order is cancelled due to non-payment, you will lose your deposit.

Snowflake Rewards Loyalty Program

  • Earn Snowflake Points each time you shop at Christmas 360 or Christmas Presence. 
  • Snowflake Points can be redeemed on any future purchase at Christmas 360 or Christmas Presence for a discount. 
  • Snowflake Points do not expire. 
  • No Snowflake Points are earned on sale items. 
  • Snowflake Points cannot be transferred to another account or redeemed for cash or credit. 
  • Snowflake Points can only cover up to 50% of the purchase value. 
  • Customers may receive marketing materials for special offers, promotions, birthday discounts, or sales. 
  • Opting out of the newsletter or SMS marketing will remove you from the Snowflake Rewards Program, and any accumulated Snowflake Points will be forfeited.
